A new dawn.
A new light.
Another chance at life,
to make things right.
Some do not get another chance,
or even see the light
of the new dawn.
Grateful, that I am,
that I saw the light
of the new dawn,
and given that chance...yet again.
Start fresh today,

that's all I can do,

Our Bleeding Hearts

Bleeding heart, aching heart, tired of giving my heart in full, just to be stomped on, then tossed out like yesterdays news. I know you don't mean to hurt me, I know you hate yourself for doing so...don't, you are only doing what is best for you...right now. Can't control everything, so don't even try, ain't gonna do any good, No relationship is guaranteed. My heart bleeds for you to love me, like you used to, though, my mind knows you need the time...and the space. No one else may understand you and me, but that is okay, it's not their hearts that are bleeding and aching.

Screw It!

Screw it! Nothing lasts anyway, why should I bother, tired if the hurt, tired of the pain, no more, I am done, I give up. Long term, love relationships, are jokes, they don't last, no one wants that life. A life of love, sharing lives. However, people say and do things...they mean, or they have a change of heart. So screw it, no more, I don't need a relationship, they are just not the worth the heartache.

Alone we enter this world, alone we leave this world, the one that is by our side Through both these life events cannot be seen...only felt In the heart. So then why do we try so Hard to find another? Alone in the womb, Alone in the ground, Alone at times in the middle, So why all the fuss?

Let be, for some just have no clue, some live in their own little world, Hearing and seeing nothing that is true hearted. They seem a little off, but takes a you a few to notice That they are not real, they need help, but don't see it.
