To Seek Help

To seek help, Not an easy task to do, To seek help,is it a sign of weakness, there was a time where I thought it did, However, I know differently now, though it doesn't make it any easier, to ask for help. We all need to ask for help at one point in our lives, Although, for some it takes longer, Some are too stubborn to seek the help they need, to move foward.
