It is ok to be me. It is ok to love me.
It does not matter what others think.
Do not worry about what other people are doing,
or not doing.
What is important is how I feel, and what I am doing.
It is ok to make mistakes, learn from them and move on.
If I am too tired to do something, then don't do it.
It's ok to take a break and not do something.
